Pink Vegan Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • thick part of 1 tin coconut cream
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 2 tsp raw agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp antioxidants blend powder
  • peanut butter
  • handful of granola

Preparation

  1. Add chia seeds to soy milk overnight with raw agave and half tsp of vanilla extract, stirring continuously.

  2. Take some chia pudding in a separate bowl and add antioxidants blend and mix well.

  3. Keep coconut tin in the freezer for an hour, then scoop out thick part into a bowl, add coconut yogurt, raw agave, and vanilla extract, whip together until fluffy, and add a tiny bit of antioxidant powder for pink color and flavor.

  4. Layer the components one by one as seen in the picture, adding granola on top.

  5. Your delicious breakfast is ready, and the flavors will be amazing with every bite.
