Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50g any porridge oats
- 6 tbsp boiling water
- 2 tbsp any low-fat plain or vanilla yoghurt (I use dairy free)
- 1 grated apple or 2 tbsp apple puree
- 1 tbsp sultanas
- Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
In a bowl pour the oats and hot water in it and stir so it thickens
Once thickened, stir in the yoghurt, apple, sultana and cinnamon
Pour it into a jar or container, pop a lid on it and leave in the fridge overnight
Eat it as it is or sprinkle over some brown sugar, drizzle over some milk and add some sliced apple
