Banana Bread with Almonds, Dates, and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 50 ml milk or plant-based drink
- 40 grams date paste
- 30 grams olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams whole wheat flour
- 20 grams fine almond flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3-4 ounces 85% chocolate
- Almond and coconut cream for decoration
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C with top and bottom heat.
Mash the bananas together with the milk, date paste, eggs, and olive oil.
Add the whole wheat flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Mix well until there are no large lumps.
Chop the chocolate and add it to the mixture.
Pour into a mold, decorate with the almond and coconut cream, and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
Wait a few minutes before unmolding to prevent the cake from breaking.
