Turmeric Overnight Oats with Banana Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Crack of black pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup soy/coconut milk
Preparation
Mix together everything except banana in a bowl and place in fridge overnight.
Mix in banana before serving and top with fruit.
