Turmeric Overnight Oats with Banana Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • Crack of black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup soy/coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Mix together everything except banana in a bowl and place in fridge overnight.

  2. Mix in banana before serving and top with fruit.
