Matcha Oatmeal Breakfast Cake๐Ÿต๐Ÿ’š

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp unicorn superfoods matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut yogurt (+more for topping)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein @unicornsuperfoods
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Cook the oatmeal with the milk until thick.

  2. Add the matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla protein, cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and coconut yogurt. Stir until combined.

  3. Place the mixture in a small bowl to cool off and let it thicken up.

  4. Flip the bowl upside down and add plastic foil on top. Press the sides so it stays in form.

  5. Refrigerate overnight.

  6. Serve with coconut yogurt, fruit, shaved matcha chocolate, and dust off with some more matcha powder ๐Ÿ’š
