Overnight Pumpkin Hemp Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- sprinkle of salt
- 1 teaspoon sweetener or maple syrup
- cacao nibs for topping
- banana for topping
- toasted pepitas for topping
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
Shake to combine and let sit in the fridge overnight.
Top with cacao nibs, banana, and toasted pepitas before serving.
Note: Hemp seeds are high in protein, provide healthy fats, and are low in carbohydrates.
