Overnight Pumpkin Hemp Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • sprinkle of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener or maple syrup
  • cacao nibs for topping
  • banana for topping
  • toasted pepitas for topping

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.

  2. Shake to combine and let sit in the fridge overnight.

  3. Top with cacao nibs, banana, and toasted pepitas before serving.

  4. Note: Hemp seeds are high in protein, provide healthy fats, and are low in carbohydrates.
