Soft and Crispy Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60g Graham flour or all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 250 ml soy milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp oil and more for frying
- Optional: chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: berries, nut butter, soy quark
Preparation
Optionally, add chocolate chips to the mixture.
In a food processor or baking bowl, blend the oats until they form a flour.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Heat a frying pan and add oil.
Fry each pancake until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with toppings like berries, nut butter, and soy quark, then enjoy.
