Vegan Hearty Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Rolled oats
- 1 T Flaxseed
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Soy milk
- 2 T Hemp seeds
- 1 T Almond butter
- 2 T Maple syrup
Preparation
Combine rolled oats, water, and soy milk in a microwave-safe bowl or small pot.
Heat until the oats are soft and mixture is creamy, about 1-2 minutes in microwave or 5 minutes on stove.
Stir in flaxseed, hemp seeds, almond butter, and maple syrup until well mixed.
Serve warm and enjoy.
