Vegan Hearty Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 T Flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/3 cup Soy milk
  • 2 T Hemp seeds
  • 1 T Almond butter
  • 2 T Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine rolled oats, water, and soy milk in a microwave-safe bowl or small pot.

  2. Heat until the oats are soft and mixture is creamy, about 1-2 minutes in microwave or 5 minutes on stove.

  3. Stir in flaxseed, hemp seeds, almond butter, and maple syrup until well mixed.

  4. Serve warm and enjoy.
