Dark Chocolate Walnut Fudge Bites

Ingredients

  • 350g 80% vegan chocolate (I used 50/50 70% & 85%)
  • 4 tablespoons walnut butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 pinch of salt

Optional

  • extra walnuts for sprinkling

Preparation

  1. Melt everything on low heat in a saucepan and stir it together.

  2. Pour it into a baking dish lined with baking paper.

  3. Sprinkle over walnuts and let it sit in the fridge.

  4. Cut it into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge, or eat them straight away.

Tips

  1. The fudge will go softer if left out at room temperature for a while, but do not leave it out for too long.

Notes

  1. Walnuts may boost health with omega-3 fats, antioxidants, and reduce risks of breast and prostate cancer, heart disease, and liver damage. They are low in allergens and suitable for low FODMAP diets.
