Easy Brownies with Christmas Leftovers
Ingredients
- 100g plain or oat flour
- 50g margarine
- 60g chocolate
- 40g cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 100ml milk plus a splash of lemon juice
- Handful of nuts and dried fruit
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.
Put everything into a bowl and mix until combined.
Pour mixture into a lined baking tin and bake for 20 minutes. It will be soft when it comes out of the oven and will harden as it cools.
Slice and serve.
Notes
This recipe is vegan and gluten-free.
It uses cranberry sauce to replace sugar and is made with Christmas leftovers.
