Easy Homemade Malaysian Roti Canai
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
Preparation
Mix the flour, margarine, and condensed milk together.
Add the water with dissolved salt and the egg.
Gradually add more cold water until the dough does not stick to your hands.
Shape the dough into balls and soak in oil for at least 2 hours.
Stretch the dough thinly.
Cook on a hot griddle until golden and crispy.
