Blueberry Banana Smoothie Delight

Ingredients

  • Handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 100 ml rolled oats
  • Cinnamon and cardamom
  • 150 ml vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt
  • Plant-based milk (to achieve desired consistency)

Preparation

  1. Combine frozen blueberries, banana, chia seeds or flaxseeds, rolled oats, a dash of cinnamon and cardamom, and the chosen yogurt in a blender.

  2. Add plant-based milk gradually until the mixture reaches your preferred thickness and texture.

  3. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
