Blueberry Banana Smoothie Delight
Ingredients
- Handful of frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 100 ml rolled oats
- Cinnamon and cardamom
- 150 ml vanilla yogurt or plain yogurt
- Plant-based milk (to achieve desired consistency)
Preparation
Combine frozen blueberries, banana, chia seeds or flaxseeds, rolled oats, a dash of cinnamon and cardamom, and the chosen yogurt in a blender.
Add plant-based milk gradually until the mixture reaches your preferred thickness and texture.
Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
