Apple Spiced Overnight Oats with Mooala Almondmilk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup Mooala Almondmilk
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp chia
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 apple (1/4 in the oats, 1/4 on top)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Preparation

  1. Begin by chopping the apple into small cubes.

  2. In a jar, bowl, or container, combine the oats, Mooala Almondmilk, yogurt, chia, hemp, applesauce, maple syrup, half of the apple cubes, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and top with the remaining apple cubes.

  4. Seal the container and refrigerate the oats overnight.

  5. In the morning (or after 5-6 hours), your Apple Spiced Overnight Oats are ready to enjoy.

  6. Consider topping with pumpkin seeds, pecans, and extra cinnamon for added flavor.
