Healthy Homemade Granola for Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of melted raw coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 2 cups of uncooked rolled oats
  • 1 cup of slivered almonds
  • 1 cup of raw unsalted cashews
  • 1 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup of dried fruit

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 250ºF

  2. Grab a large bowl and mix in all your ingredients

  3. Keep stirring them until they’re nicely blended

  4. Pop the mix into the oven and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes

  5. Remember to stir the granola after an interval of 30 minutes to distribute the heat

  6. Take them out of the oven when the time is up and set aside to cool

  7. Make a big batch for a two-week stash and store in an airtight container to keep fresh
