Peanut Butter Porridge

Ingredients

  • pan with1 tsp of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • covered with slightly cooled boiled water- stir & leave to stand for 20 mins or cook straight away (the longer you leave the creamier they will be)

Preparation

  1. Add more liquid - we used unsweetened almond milk, then cook stirring regularly

  2. Once creamy spoon into a bowl and top with more peanut butter - do you prefer crunchy or smooth??- dark choc buttons, sliced banana, blueberries, cacao powder & a drizzle of choc syrup
