Peanut Butter Porridge
Ingredients
- pan with1 tsp of peanut butter
- 2 tbsp of milled flaxseed
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- covered with slightly cooled boiled water- stir & leave to stand for 20 mins or cook straight away (the longer you leave the creamier they will be)
Preparation
Add more liquid - we used unsweetened almond milk, then cook stirring regularly
Once creamy spoon into a bowl and top with more peanut butter - do you prefer crunchy or smooth??- dark choc buttons, sliced banana, blueberries, cacao powder & a drizzle of choc syrup
