Golden Milk Oatmeal with Fresh Berries
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of turmeric
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp maple syrup, or to taste
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh cherries
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh gooseberries
- Hemp seeds
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook and stir until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Serve with desired toppings.
