Golden Milk Oatmeal with Fresh Berries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp maple syrup, or to taste
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh cherries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Fresh gooseberries
  • Hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook and stir until thickened, about 3 minutes.

  3. Serve with desired toppings.
