Healthy Reishi Hot Cocoa Nutella Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp. Hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp @botanicahealth Reishi hot cocoa
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Pure Vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • Hazelnuts (chopped and whole)
  • 85 grams chocolate, melted
  • 1-2 tsp melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. To a bowl, add peanut butter, Nutella, oats, maple syrup, coconut, hemp seeds, chia seeds, ground flax, cinnamon, vanilla, and sea salt.

  2. Mix with a spoon and then switch to your hands to thoroughly combine.

  3. Form a small amount of dough in your hand, stuff with a hazelnut, add more mix, and form into a ball.

  4. Place the balls on a plate in the fridge to firm up.

  5. Melt chocolate and oil in the microwave until smooth and silky.

  6. Dip each ball into the chocolate and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and sea salt.

  7. Store the balls in the freezer. Best served cold!
