Thick and Creamy Caramelized Banana Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla pea protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • dashes of sea salt and cinnamon

Toppings

  • bananas
  • coconut oil
  • raspberry
  • granola
  • peanut butter
  • dashes of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together in a pot, bring to boil then simmer and stir until thick and creamy.

  2. Sauté bananas on coconut oil on one side only.

  3. Top the oatmeal with caramelized bananas, raspberry, granola, peanut butter, and dashes of sea salt.
