Warm Oatmeal Bowl with Bananas and Berries
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- berries
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Remove from heat and serve topped with berries, nibs, and bananas or other preferred fruits.
Note: No additional sweetener is needed if using banana; if not a banana fan, use diced apples or other fruits instead.
