No-Bake Peanut Butter Oaty Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch fine sea salt
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup dark vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- Handful cacao nibs
Preparation
Line a 9x9 inch square tin with baking paper.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
Add in oats, chocolate chips, cacao nibs, and pumpkin seeds. Then mix until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into the tin and press down until even. Use baking paper to avoid sticky hands.
Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until set, then remove and slice into squares. Store in the fridge or freezer.
